TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At this time, wholesale prices are 50% of all retail prices advertised on our website (excluding sale prices).
Minimum Order Quantity
Minimum Order Quantity is $100 USD.
Shipping is currently from Bulgaria (EU) to anywhere in the world.
All prices given on the website are in USD. However, payments can be made in AUD, USD, GBP or EUR depending on your preference.
If all ordered items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of payment. If some or all of your ordered items are not in stock, lead times may be up to 30 days (and even beyond in rare cases). You will always be notified of lead time estimates specific to the items you are interested in prior to a Purchase Order being finalised.
Expedited shipping is available with EMS and shipping time is 8-10 working days. We also offer a standard shipping option through Bulgarian Post. Shipping rates will be calculated and provided to you based upon the list of items and quantities you are interested in ordering and your preferred carrier.
Once the particulars of your order are determined, a Purchase Order will be issued to you containing order particulars and our Terms and Conditions. In order to officially place your order, you will need to read, understand, sign and return the Purchase Order to email@example.com
Payment is to be made upon receiving an invoice IF all ordered items are in stock. If items are not in stock at the time of ordering, an invoice will be issued once stock has been secured and your order is ready to ship. If you decide, between the time you place your order and the time the order is to be shipped, that you wish to cancel your order, a 20% restocking fee will be payable within 30 days of order cancellation.
PayPal - You may pay your invoice via PayPal. Payments may be made out to firstname.lastname@example.org
Bank Transfer – Transfers can be made via local bank transactions to Australian, United States and United Kingdom accounts. For all other international transactions, a SWIFT transfer will be required. Details will be provided on your order invoice.
All shipments are tracked, irrespective of the shipping carrier. A shipped notification and tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order has shipped and you are encouraged to send us an email at any time if you are at all concerned about the status and location of your order.
If you receive any faulty goods and inform us within 14 days of receipt along with pics and a description of the problem, then a refund (including prorated shipping cost of individual faulty items) will be given.
If the item is faulty beyond repair as determined via photos, then there is no need to return it and a refund will be sent to you within 2 business days. If the item is considered to be repairable, It would need to be returned (standard shipping costs covered) and a refund would be provided within 2 business days of receipt. If you would like replacement items as an alternative to a refund, they can be sent out to you depending on availability.
If you are simply not happy with your order for whatever reason, despite all items being in good saleable condition, you may send them back within 14 days of receipt (proof of shipping to be provided). Once the goods are received and found to be in new unworn/unused condition with tags still attached, total order value minus all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee on stock value will be refunded within 2 business days.
Right to vary terms of trade
We reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions of trade at any time without notice. Terms and Conditions in force at the time of a specific order remain applicable to that order.
